Pricing Overview
Every wedding is unique, and our role is to create florals that reflect your story, your space, and your budget. Below is an overview of how our pricing works for full-service weddings and events with custom floral design. For smaller set-ups or à la carte orders, please send us your inquiry (click here) — we’ll be happy to prepare a tailored quote.
Floral Designs
Following our complimentary consultation, we’ll prepare a preliminary estimate. If the estimate fits within your budget, we’ll move forward together to refine the design. At that stage, you’ll receive a detailed proposal with reference images showing approximate sizing.
Design & Onsite Styling
15% – 25% of Floral Subtotal
This portion covers customized design development, ongoing consultations, sourcing and preparation of premium blooms, as well as full onsite set-up and styling on your wedding day.
The percentage varies depending on the intricacy of the design and the labor required on site.
Delivery & Travel
This fee accounts for transportation logistics, such as vehicle rental, fuel, tolls, parking, and the time and travel of our florist team.
The total is determined by the quantity of flowers and the distance to your venue.
Teardown & Cleanup (Optional)
If you’d like us to handle dismantling floral installations after your event, this service is available. We’ll pack up all rental items and ensure guests can take flowers home, so you don’t have to manage returns after the event.
