Delivery & Pickup
Pickup & Delivery for Online Orders: We offer both Pickup & Delivery everyday. Pickup hours are: Monday-Thursday 11AM - 8PM , Friday and Saturday 11AM-9PM, Sunday will be 11AM - 6PM, and pickup location is at Unit C111-3276 Midland Ave, Scarborough.
❄️Important Winter Delivery Notice❄️
During extremely cold weather (below -5°C), flowers may not survive if left outside after delivery. If no one is available when the driver arrives, the flowers may leave outside. To leave them outside at your own risk, please include special instructions. Second delivery attempt may incur an additional charge. Thank you for your understanding.
Standard Delivery
- Specific time deliveries are not offered, flowers will be delivered anytime during chosen time window. Tracking information is not provided.
- Delivery fee depends on delivery distance from Midnight Florist shop. Less than 10KM is $17, over is $25.
- We deliver to most GTA areas within the listed regions: Aurora, Downtown Toronto, East York, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Markham, New Market, North York, Oakville, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Vaughan.
- Please enter the delivery address postal code at "Cart" page to confirm if we are able to deliver to that area before check out. Please also choose the delivery time slot at the Cart page.
- Please confirm Pickup or Shipping again at "Checkout" page (where you input payment card number).
Express Delivery
- Deliveries with specific time requirements will be charged extra depending on the delivery method chosen and distance. Please contact us to place order for express delivery.
- Minimum of 2 hours lead time for Express Deliveries.
- For Express Delivery, we deliver within a 2-hour window centered around your requested time. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Large Item Delivery
- Large item deliveries consist of orders such as Standing Spray and extra-large bouquets (50-100 stems / 365 stems)
- Due to the size, they are pick up only.
Delivery to Condos: Legal name, unit number, and phone number must be provided in order to deliver to condos and apartments.
Please make sure the concierge is able to accept the flowers on behalf of the recipient or allow the drivers to deliver to the unit. For any reason the driver is unable to deliver (concierge doesn’t allow, not enough information provided, no access to the building…etc.), the product will be placed between the entrance door and the inner door. If this is not possible, the product will be placed outside, in front of the entrance as a last choice. Please be aware that we cannot be held liable for any theft or damage to the flowers once they are delivered or left at the delivery location.
Unsuccessful Delivery: If for any reason, the wrong address was provided, and we were unable to reach the recipient, the flowers will be left at the wrong address, we do not support re-attempt delivery.
Delivery Policy
Changes to the delivery address must be done before 1 PM, the day before delivery date. Extra charges will incur for any changes after 1 PM.
We offer delivery time slots to suit your schedule, and note that delivery schedule might differ for special dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day.
Our courier will attempt to contact recipient using the provided phone numbers after trying to deliver the flowers. Should we fail to reach the recipient, the flowers will be left at the specified delivery location (concierge or entrance for condo/front door for house). Please be aware that we cannot be held liable for any theft or damage to the flowers once they are delivered or left at the delivery location.
We cannot guarantee any damages incurred during delivery.
Pick-up Orders
Please double check the pickup location before arriving and have your order number ready upon pickup.
Please inspect the flowers upon receiving them and let our florists know of any damages. You agree to the condition of the flowers once you leave the store, and any complaints may not be honored.
