Midnight Florist Terms & Conditions
- Introduction
These are the terms and conditions governing the use of this website and the agreement that operates between us and you (hereinafter, "the Terms"). These Terms set out the rights and obligations of all users (hereinafter, "You" / "your") and those of Midnight Florist (hereinafter, "us" / "our" / "we" / "the Vendor") in relation to the goods/services offered by us through this website or any of the other websites to which we may link. Before You click on the "Authorize Payment" button at the end of the ordering process, please carefully read these Terms and our Privacy Statement. By using this website or placing an order through it, You are consenting to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Statement. If You do not agree to all of the Terms and the Privacy Statement, do not place an order. These Terms may be subject to amendment, so You should carefully read them prior to placing any order.
- Delivery
Standard Delivery
- Specific time deliveries are not offered.
- Delivery fee depends on delivery distance from Midnight Florist shop. Less than 10KM is $11, over is $15.
- We deliver to most GTA areas within the listed regions: Aurora, Brampton, Downtown Toronto, East York, Etobicoke, Hamilton, Mississauga, Markham, New Market, North York, Oakville, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Vaughan.
Express Delivery
- Deliveries with specific time requirements will be charged extra depending on the delivery method chosen.
- Minimum of 2 hours lead time for Express Deliveries.
Large Delivery
- Large deliveries consist of orders such as Standing Spray and extra-large bouquets (99 stems / 365 stems)
- Due to the size, it will be treated as an express delivery.
Delivery to Condos:
Legal name, unit number, and phone number must be provided in order to deliver to condos and apartments.
Please make sure the concierge is able to accept the flowers on behalf of the recipient or allow the drivers to deliver to the unit. For any reason the driver is unable to deliver (concierge doesn’t allow, not enough information provided, no access to the building…), the product will be placed between the entrance door and the inner door. If this is not possible, the product will be placed outside, in front of the entrance as a last choice. If you disagree with this option, we can always do a second delivery attempt for an extra charge.
Delivery Policy
Changes to the delivery address must be done before 1 PM, the day of. Extra charges will incur for any changes after 1 PM.
The driver will call the recipient before arriving at the address. The driver will call in total 2 times, text twice, and wait at the delivery address for 5 minutes. If the recipient cannot be reached, the flowers will be left at by the door. Pictures will be taken and provided.
We cannot guarantee any damages incurred during delivery.
- Pick-up Orders
Please double check the pickup location before arriving and have your order number ready upon pickup.
Pickup locations cannot be changed on the day of pickup.
Please inspect the flowers upon receiving them and let our florists know of any damages. You agree to the condition of the flowers once you leave the store, and any complaints may not be honored.
- Midnight Florist Signature Wrappings
Midnight Florist provides a unique style of gift wrapping to make the flowers look bigger and prettier. The price for Midnight Florist Signature Wrapping is based on its size.
All hand-tied bouquets on the website are done with the Midnight Florist Signature Wrapping and the price shown already includes the wrapping fee. Vases are not included.
Please phone to order simple style wrapping for no extra wrapping cost.
- Substitution policy
Substitutions of flowers can only be done with similar flowers. No guarantees for finalized products with changes requested by customer.
Products may be subject to some substitutions due to seasonality and market supplies.
Products may not look exactly the same as shown in pictures due to the differences of each flower. However, Midnight Florist’s Florists will do their best to fulfill your order and produce a respectable product.
- Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery time (1pm) to be processed without penalty.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to the total amount of the order.
***Special ordered flowers are non-cancellable and cannot be refunded at any time.***
You can cancel or make changes to your existing order through Instagram, WeChat or calling our store (437-452-9969). Your Instagram and WeChat message may not be answered right away during our busy seasons. We will try to get back as soon as possible. For immediate assistance, please call in.
- Wedding & Event Policy
Payment
To secure you order, 50% of the order amount is required as a retainer. The remaining balance needs to be paid 7 days ahead.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
- For cancellations made 6 weeks before an arranged date, we can provide you a full refund.
- For cancellations made within 6 weeks of you arranged date, your retainer is not refundable.
- For any order placed within 6 weeks of the event day, all payments made are not refundable.
- In case of any date changes, all flower conditions are not guaranteed, as flowers are ordered from the market ahead of time. Please contact us as soon as possible for more details.
Substitution
There may be some substitution applied on your product due to seasons and the market supplies. Midnight Florist’s Florists will do the best to match the style of the product in case of a substitution.
- Refund and Exchange Policy
As all flowers and plants are Perishable, refunds and exchanges are not guaranteed.
We recommend you bring the products to our store as soon as possible to be inspected by our florists.
Complaints must be made within 24 hours of pickup or delivery time.
- Payment Method
Online orders on midnight-florist.com accepts payment through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Interact. The payment method can be chosen at the checkout page.
